The Ten is a purposeful, all-Australian label. Our whole process, from design, development to manufacturing, packing and sending is proudly Australian made and owned with love. To this end, we would like to highlight some of our biggest inspirations – the Australian brands that we identify with, respect and admire. They may also act as a little gift inspiration for upcoming Mothers’ Day on Sunday May 8.Happy browsing!

Hubble and Duke
Hubble + Duke is a childrens-wear label from Freemantle, Western Australia by sisters Rosie and Jo. Having started with baby moccasins, they have branched into the most charming and classic style of baby products made from linens, organic cotton and super soft, non-toxic leathers. With a classic, clean style, their products – from charming crowns to knee high socks and vintage bloomers – are handmade to order. We absolutely love their latest aesthetic – a print collaboration with floreographer, Ashley Woodson Bailey.

FLATOUTbears
FLATOUTbears was started by Sydney sisters, Sarah and Prue in 2002. These adorable creatures have gained worldwide appeal for their super soft and cuddly sheepskin feel. Mothers and babies both love the look and feel of them, as well as the natural colour range and charming, flat appearance. Perfect for a little lie down in the mid-afternoon. Our favourite? The Latte for sure!

Modern, functional and Australian owned at an affordable price. These prams are hard to go past. The Redsbaby story started over a coffee at a Sydney café in early 2013 and has taken off in a big way since then. Check out their surprisingly large range of stylish colours and prints that accompany their modern designs, especially made to comply with the latest Australian voluntary safety standards. Your morning stroll has never looked or felt so wonderful!

Elki Baby Wraps
Most mothers are given about 1 000 000 baby wraps to welcome their newborn, but these ones are well worth keeping. These eco-friendly bamboo wraps are light, breathable and they keep your baby perfectly snug in any climate. Not only are they functional, their aesthetic is modern and simple. We just love them!
